Telit , one of the leading global enablers of IoT, announced that its Telit deviceWISE platform grabbed the best Industrial IoT Solution award at the recently concluded IoT Evolution Expo Battle of the Platforms. It’s the first time when the organizers of the event decided to grant a company for its industrial IoT expertise. The decision was taken amid the growing popularity of internet of things across the globe.
On this occasion, Telit announced the winners of the 2016 deviceWISE Partner Awards: Red Lion won the Device Partner award, whereas SAP won the Enterprise Integration Partner award and Swisscom won the Mobile Network Operator award. Experts present at the event gave full credit to Telit, and mentioned that it was Telit’s ability to integrate enterprise applications with heterogeneous manufacturing technologies without using any hassled programming trick.
It’s not the first time when Telit moderated such a prestigious event. Before Battle, it had organized Telit IoT Innovation event with a prime focus on educating and inspiring developers and companies that want to capitalize on the internet of things applications. Many Telit ecosystem partners, including Dr. Jason Hallstrom from Institute for Sensing & Embedded Network Systems Engineering and Oliver Mainka, from SAP, were present at the event to make this event a huge success.
Telit deviceWISE is an enterprise-grade, industry-leading, industrial automation platform that can easily connect any production equipment from different suppliers to enterprise applications and systems without using any custom-level programming. The Telit deviceWISE platform is equipped with a range of device drivers, cloud-connectivity support and Telit’s IoT Portal. You can click here and know more about this platform.
