Cubic Telecom has launched an independent LTE network to establish M2M communication among connected car appliances in Europe. The company has partnered with a number of network providers that will help it deliver uninterrupted connectivity to drivers of major connected car brands.
What’s Special For Drivers
With the help of this LTE network, Cubic Telecom will provide high-speed data connectivity to all the drivers who subscribe its data plan. It’s going to be the first instance when a company in Europe will offer round the clock data connectivity to connected car drivers.
Cubic Telecom has announced different regional and national data plans that will allow the drivers to enjoy infotainment tools, high-speed internet, personal apps and many more data based services in their cars.
The demand for quality M2M connectivity has been rising at a swift pace in Europe over the last few years. Cubic Telecom is considered a leader in ‘Ease of Things’ in Europe; this initiative will further strengthen its position in IoT and M2M fields.
As of now, Cubic plans to cover 13 countries, including Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, UK, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, and Denmark under its LTE initiative. Network providers like EE, EIR, Mobistar, Salt, Orange, TIM and Tele2 will help Cubic Telecom rolling out LTE services.
